-Started off the morning with a much better attitude, woke up at 7am..-Woke my pug up (she's overweight too LOL... forcing her to do this transformation too.. def. don't think she likes it cause she's on a major diet/exercise regimen.)-Went for a nice moderate jog for a good 45 minutes with Jadie (pug).. had to stop along the way cause she refused to run anymore every so often

Total Calories burned: about -450 calories.
Ok so before i leave.. i have to say... gym was much much much harder today than yesterday for some reason...and a few tips to stray away from binging..
-Have an exit escape when something catches your eyes *food wise.. just... grab a bottle of water and walk away-To satisfy a craving if someone's eating in front of you... eat your healthier food at the sammmmmme time... so that at least you're not hungry.. cause you're eating.. I notice that most of my cravings come from being hungry.. but if i'm already munching on something I won't crave the junk as much.-Keep your mind occupied.. distract yourself from even trying to crave something.. talk to someone about your day or about tv or whatever!
Okok I'm really done..2 days down...88 more days to go..

Let's just do it!!!!
Stay strong!
Hi, I was directed here by your video on the 90 day weight loss plan. I have the same agenda as you, I'm getting a treadmill next week as I don't seem to have the time to go to the gym (full-time student), but I wanted to say that I was really inspired by your video!! Keep at it, I'll be with you every step of the way.
Oh, and are you by any chance Korean?? I love all things Korean ^^ (I'm doing a Bachelors in Korean language) and I noticed you had made kimchi in one of the photos!!
Anyway, good luck with the 90 day plan!

I can't do treadmill =[ I went to the gym yesterday. I spent an hour there but just a little over 45 minutes of working out. Probably not even to 50 minutes. I want to loose at least 20 lbs in 2-3 months. Most people can do this within a month or month and a half but I have to take it slow the first month. I keep getting cold air going through my bones at the arms! It's such a weird feeling and it's so painful for awhile so I either have to rest at least 5 minutes before starting at it again or just quit for at least 30 minutes until it chill down a bit. Keep up the good work! Are you going to exercise every single day or just an exception of certain days?
aw jinah, i think you're so real and upfront for even doing this on blog. and i think its so great that your trainer is also blogging about the journey. i support you!! ^^
i think instead of college freshman 15, i gained more :( sadly. but seeing you do this is really motivating me to get off my butt and start working at it. though i am still refusing to run outside in the snow lol.
hi! long time (youtube) subscriber but first time commenter. i wanted to wish you good luck on your journey!
just wanted to share some concerns... if you eat too few calories, your body might think you're "starving" and be reluctant to shed any excess weight. i also wonder if 3 pounds a week might be too much? most fitness experts recommend max 1 lb per week because it's dangerous to lose too much too fast (and often times it's muscle you're losing).
anyway, i know that this is probably not welcome advice, but i just wanted to raise some concerns. otherwise, i totally know exactly where you are and what you're feeling, and i know it's SO HARD. you can do it! you really can :) i will be supporting you!
Hi Jinah,
I am also am a somewhat long time subscriber and love you! But I too am also concerned about your body going into starvation mode! Are you eating 1300 and then burning 450 for a net calories total of 850? I watch the biggest loser and even though the contestants are obese they sometimes are not able to lose weight because they net too few calories! Be careful! :)
Also, I, like you, was always chubby/overweight my whole life and lost 30lbs 3 years ago. Since then I have gained back 10 (well... i gained 20, then lost 15 then gained 15, then lost 15 etc.). I'm trying to get to my goal weight by this summer but my friends peer pressured me into running a half-marathon. It has REALLY help me stay motivated and has made this process a little more fun. I am naturally a little competitive so when I don't feel like working out/run I remember, "you got to run more than your friends!" ;)
I'll keep following your blog/vlogs and look forward to watching your progress!!
<3 jen
